Got snowed in my long driveway, so I called AAA and they said they're not taking tows for at least 3 hours. Was referred to Hollywoods. Call them and within a 1/2 hour was here. Went above and beyond to get my suburban with a locked up rear out pulled out and delivered it to my mechanic. Thank you

Dan was great. An issue that was totally my fault arose and while it cost Dan time, he was super nice and professional when if the rolls would've been reversed, I probably wouldn't have been. When I was in automotive service management his company was my favorite to use and still continues to be for my personal vehicles. I highly recommend Dan and Hollywood Towing. Thank you for all you do!

A little bit higher price than I’ve seen in the past for tows, but the guy was very helpful and friendly. He was good at making conversation during the ride there so that the ride wasn’t quiet and awkward. Friendly guy. I appreciated that. I felt like he was a good and safe driver too. He knew what roads were bumpier than others and took a path to the dealership that was the least bumpy to protect my car. Worth the little extra. He’s obviously very good at what he does.

Hollywood was able to come tow a vehicle for an estate we are working on within 15 minutes of calling their office. They gave a reasonable quote over the phone from where the vehicle was and where I needed it delivered to. The employee I met was friendly and hooked up the van quickly. Really appreciated their fast response.

Very quick, efficient, and great at communicating! when my car broke down I only had to wait about half an hour. The tow truck driver called me when he got my car to the mechanic shop which I greatly appreciated! would definitely recommend this company!

Impressive service provided by Hollywood Tow. Even on an icy evening the response to my call was thorough and the communication was excellent. Trenton was outstanding! He not only took care of my car but he was patient and helpful answering questions. At age 70 I've never had to deal with something like this and I am grateful for his professional ability and kindness.

Thankful for Trenton at Hollywood for saving us in a pinch after a disastrous used car purchase. He called and was very clear and direct, asked us a good time to show up, explained the process, took the car to our chosen mechanic shop and was friendly as can be the entire time It was a rainy, terrible Sunday and he did it with no qualms. Good pricing too! Thanks, Hollywood!!
