The current list of auction rules are posted below. We will try our very best to keep this page up to date, the most current information will be posted at the auction site.

Auctions will start at 11:00 a.m. with public viewing starting at 10:00 a.m. morning of the auction.
Do not block the gates at the auction site.
Do not park inside the storage yard.
All customers who wish to bid must sign up on the registration sheet.
A list of vehicles available for auction will be posted at the auction site.
Vehicles that are up for auction will be marked; if they have keys it will be noted.
Please do not wander around to other vehicles in the storage yard.
All bidders must be 18 years or older, children are not allowed in the lockup.
Proper documentation for bidding is required. You must have a valid Driver License or government-issued ID, military IDs are not accepted.
All Credit Card payments will be subject to a 3.5% card processing fee.
Vehicles will not have sales tax applied at the time of purchase, DOL will collect tax when titling the vehicle.
All sales are final, if you purchase a vehicle from our auction you are responsible for it.
No warranties will be given, all vehicles purchased are sold “as is basis”.
The successful bidder shall apply for title within 15 days.
If the winning bidder defaults, they may lose their bidding privileges permanently. The next highest bidder will be able to purchase the vehicle for their bid amount.
All purchased vehicles must be picked up before 5:00 p.m. on sale day unless prior arrangements with management were made. All unclaimed vehicles may be impounded as an abandoned vehicle at the winning bidder’s risk and expense.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any person or business. Anyone causing a disturbance, or not abiding by auction rules, will be asked to vacate the property and may be banned from future auctions.
