No. Conventional tow trucks are capable of lifting all wheels off the ground, but we do offer flat bed towing as well!

Yes. Our drivers are trained car lockout specialists who carry an ever increasing array of vehicle unlocking tools.

No, you do not need to be with the vehicle to get a tow; as long as you leave the keys with the car and let us know how you are paying. (We can take card at the drop off location or over the phone. Cash can be given at the drop off location or left with the key in the vehicle. Common places keys are left are: under the floor mat, above the visor, in the gas flap, in the ignition, on the tire.) You just need to let our dispatchers know where you will be leaving the key.

We accept Cash, Debit and Credit, which are due at the time of service.

Yes all employees must pass a background check done through WSP and a driving record abstract through the DOL.
